About Us

Rico, 3 year old English Mastiff,
whom Beth trained at the early age of 3 months old!

Who Beth Is...

My passion...

in life is to feed my hunger for knowledge of the animal world by surrounding myself with other
pet professionals and pet owners.
I learn from all of them and use that as I strive to bridge the gap of communication between us and our animals.

My vision...

is to teach pet owners and to provide the resources for them to not only care for their pets, but also be able to communicate with their pets on a level of mutual respect where each truly understands the other.

Animals are animals. Not humans.

They absolutely touch our soul and most of us have a relationship with our animals that only we understand, but being able to balance that with respect and communication is key.
That's where my passion lies.

Our Business
and Our Beth

A local veterinarian in Plano is credited to sparking Beth's passion for animals when she was only 8 years old. At the age of only 11 years old, she started her first pet sitting business in her apartment complex. Her passion for animals never faded and from 16 on, she has been working as a veterinary technician and nursing her passion for dog behavior. While in Houston for 3 years, Beth had her pet sitting business part-time while working full time as an emergency vet technician. She is responisble for co-founding one of the largest pet professional networking groups in Houston and Dallas has been blessed to have had her back home for the last 5 years.

Beth is very excited about taking her business full-time and expanding to more services and more expansion! Most recently Beth was the General Manager and Training Director at Unleashed Indoor Dog Parks, the nation's first and only indoor dog park.  Prior to Unleashed, Beth was a Veterinary Technician at Abrams Forest Veterinary Clinic in Dallas with Dr. Danielle Kitz and Dr. Allison Merrill and managed a doggie daycare facility in Plano. She is an active volunteer at Operation Kindness, the largest no-kill animal shelter in North Texas. Within the next few months, she will be an active Adoption Counselor to help lots of awaiting families find their next set of PawZ.

As far as her four-legged kids go... she now has 6 total. Two dogs and two cats are Cow (Right bottom) and Cha-Chi (not pictured).

Burt (Above on left) is a Basset Hound/Great Pyreneese mix (Great Bassaneese) who is approximately 100 pounds and is 9 years old. Burt is a certified Therapy Dog with Heart of Texas Therapy Dogs and Therapy Dogs Inc. He visits children's schools and libraries where children that struggle with literacy challenges read to him. It has been shown to be very effective for kids as they read to the dogs who don't correct them or judge them and they seem to relax the children so their words come more naturally to them.

Tasha (Above on Right) is a Siberian Husky, who is 11 years old now has fueled Beth's passion and interest in dealing with several different types of canine agression.

When not working with other animals, or her own, Beth enjoys dancing (especially Country/Western) and loves spending time with her family and friends. Beth is also learning Spanish, learning to play the cello and is planning a trip to Australia later next year!

Beth lives to improve the lives of all animals. Her company has grown and she now networks with many sitters, veterinarians, rescues, and other businesses in the area to help to enrich her ongoing quest for knowledge in the animal field. Beth's true passions in the animal field, are owner education, dog training and behavioral consultations while she currently is working on her training certification.

"Puppy Dog" Kostun
(aggressive with people) who was tamed on a camping trip!

"My passion for animals is my purpose in life. I am consistently working to do my part and am committed to "improving the quality of pet's lives, one pet owner at a time." As a pet owner myself, I didn't like having to take my animals to a facility that I wasn't familiar with. I worried all the time while I was gone. I want to rid other pet owners of that worry." Beth

Beth's Four-Legged Family!

Burt!
